Aufgabe
As an AI & Automation Working Student at ScalePartners, you help build the systems that power the growth of our clients.
You design and implement automation workflows that streamline sales, marketing and operational processes - always with a focus on reliability, clarity and scale.
Your daily responsibilities:
Build production-ready n8n workflows for outreach, enrichment, CRM syncing and pipeline management
Understand client requirements and translate them into clear architecture and implementation steps
Integrate tools across modern B2B stacks (CRMs, communication platforms, databases, APIs)
Optimize workflows for performance, transparency and reusability
Collaborate closely with the ScalePartners team to identify automation opportunities
Document workflows so clients can maintain and extend them
Profil
You are enrolled in a Bachelor’s/Master’s in engineering, computer science, data science or a related field
You understand APIs, webhooks, data transformation, and debugging
You have a structured, analytical working style and enjoy building scalable systems
You communicate clearly and think from a business/process perspective
You enjoy working with modern tools and want to contribute to operational excellence
Bonus:
Experience with n8n or similar workflow tools
Experience with AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
Understanding of B2B sales or marketing operations
Experience in client-facing or consulting environments
